Terms of sale

1. Who we are

These terms are issued by Minix Mart Ltd, company number 14845184, registered in England and Wales, business address 47 Charlbury Gardens, Ilford, Essex IG3 9TU ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@minixmart.co.uk, 07775 554848.

2. Retail sales through Amazon

Purchases made through our VVIFY storefront on Amazon.co.uk are governed by Amazon's Conditions of Use and Sale in addition to these terms. Where the two differ for a consumer purchase, Amazon's terms and your statutory rights prevail.

3. Trade sales

A trade order is formed when we issue a pro-forma invoice and you pay it. Prices quoted are per unit for the quantity stated, in pounds sterling, exclusive of delivery unless the quote says otherwise, and valid for 14 days. Title to goods passes on cleared payment; risk passes on delivery or collection.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. Kerbside pallet delivery requires suitable access; a failed delivery caused by access problems may incur a redelivery charge at cost. Shortages and transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs.

5. Faulty goods and returns

Consumers have the rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For trade customers, we will replace, repair or credit goods that are faulty on delivery; goods correctly supplied are not accepted for return unless agreed in writing.

6. Product information

Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Flat-pack furniture requires assembly. Dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 2 cm.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability to trade customers is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
