What we collect and why

Enquiries. When you email or call us, we keep your name, contact details and message so we can answer you and, if you order, fulfil and invoice the order. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and then performing that contract.

Trade customers. We keep invoices, delivery addresses and payment records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by HMRC.

Amazon customers. Orders placed on Amazon are processed under Amazon's privacy notice. We receive only the details needed to dispatch and support the order and delete them within the periods Amazon requires.

What we do not do

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to serve the font files. We never sell personal data.

Who we share data with

Couriers and hauliers (to deliver), our accountant (to keep the books), our email and web hosting providers (to store messages and run this site), and authorities where the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@minixmart.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
